Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) evaluates a job candidate’s ability to safely meet the physical demands of a specific position after a conditional offer has been extended. At Ergo Rehab, we partner with employers to help reduce workplace injuries, improve employee placement, and support long-term workforce safety.

What Does the Test Include?

Our POET assessments typically last about an hour and focus on:

Functional strength (lifting, pushing, pulling)
Flexibility and range of motion
Postural tolerances (standing, squatting, crawling)
Endurance and cardiovascular readiness
Task-specific requirements (e.g., carrying materials, repetitive movement)

The staff is very friendly including the 2 girls in the front very welcoming and makes you feel comfty all the other staff is nice as well including Jason very professional and Amanda worked with me she was a fill in but loved her alot and for the lady claiming that Ms,Cindy was rude we were all there that day and thats not what happened, she is def not telling the truth and she was very upset and disrespectful slaming the front desk window outta anger and she would not leave when she was asked she called the cops first lol and they told her to leave because she was being loud and feisty... Its sad how people really discredit people to make them look good lol we were all here and i was a patient there .

Great rehabilitation place. Staff was very caring and helpful. Miss Cindy at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get all my paperwork and scheduling for my physical therapy appointments. She took time to explain what I didn't understand, I've been to a couple of rehabilitation ccenters,but this one is by far the best. Thank You ERGO REHAB.
